Jenin (The Inside Palestine)- A general strike was declared in Jenin on Friday in protest against the assassination of four Palestinians by the Israeli special forces earlier Thursday.
The martyrs were identified as Amr Awadin, 16, Yusuf Sharim, 29, Nidal Hazim, 28, and Luay al-Zaghir, 37.
The assassination crime sparked widespread anger among Palestinians, who called for revenge.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces erected a military checkpoint at the entrance to al-Bireh, causing a traffic jam, while clashes erupted in Issawiya town in Occupied Jerusalem after being stormed by police forces.
